City of Euless, Texas <br />92) TEMPORARY RELIGIOUS SIGN - A temporary Stake Sign used to provide the name of and direction to <br />a location occupied by a religious organization or religious group that temporarily operates in a school or <br />other facility. A temporary religious sign identifies the meeting location/address, website information, <br />hours of service, and/or telephone number of a religious organization or group. <br />a) Time - No sign permit required. A Temporary Religious Sign may be erected during times of <br />worship provided that the sign is placed no earlier than two (2) hours prior to worship and <br />removed no later than two (2) hours after worship. <br />b) Place. A Temporary Religious Sign shall be placed on private property with consent of the <br />property owner. Temporary Religious Signs shall be erected on private property not closer than <br />ten (10') feet from the edge of any street pavement or designated roadway or right-of-way. <br />c) Manner -The maximum area of a Temporary Religious Sign shall not exceed six (6) square feet. <br />The maximum height of a temporary religious sign shall not exceed four (4') feet.
