Religious Symbols. Nonverbal religious symbols attached to a place of religious worship. <br />1. Religious symbols must be stationary and unlighted. <br />2. One symbol shall be permitted per street frontage per lot. <br />3. Symbols shall not exceed 16 square feet in area and 6 feet in height. <br />P. Seasonal Decorations. Temporary, noncommercial decorations or displays, when such are clearly <br />incidental to, and are customarily or commonly associated with, any national, local or religious <br />celebration; provided, that such decorations or displays are maintained in an attractive condition and do <br />not constitute a fire hazard. Outline lighting and decorative strings of lights are authorized without a <br />permit only from Thanksgiving to the following January 15.
