• Grounds upkeep: Having Jon Varty setting up a weekly schedule of activities for the grounds staff to accomplish. Mr. Varty has over 32 years of experience in golf course maintenance. The only part that is not built is the repair for water damage in the clubhouse. This would be paid by the City of Elk River. ERGC can assist in bidding it out to make sure to keep cost down. Other capital improvements would be up for discussion with the Cita- on moving the clubhouse towards a working, cafe. This would allow for a full liquor license which would help increase concessions sales. • Clubhouse o Clubhouse must be in the proper condition in accordance with the state health and safety guideluies. o Each day the closing worker will have a checklist to complete to make sure that the clubhouse area is set for the next day.
