<br />Proposals shall be submitted on the bid forms supplied in the Project Manual in full accordance with bid
<br />documents and Contract Documents as prepared by Tushie Montgomery & Associates. No oral,
<br />telegraphic or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered. No bids will be considered
<br />unless sealed and filed with the City Clerk. Bids arriving after the designated time will be returned
<br />unopened.
<br />
<br />Each bid shall be submitted with a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to City of Elk
<br />River in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to
<br />furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond.
<br />
<br />Bids may not be withdrawn within (30) thirty days after the scheduled time of opening bids, without the
<br />consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any and all bids, or
<br />parts of such bids, and waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding.
<br />
<br />All Bids shall be submitted as "Lump Sum Contract Packages" basis. The portions of the Work have
<br />been segregated as indicated in the specifications, on the Bid Form and as itemized below. Contract
<br />Package Bids shall be submitted for those line items, which relate to those portions of the Work so
<br />indicated below, as specified, as indicated on the Drawings and as stated on the bid proposal form.
