<br />The City of Elk River will be receiving sealed multiple prime, lump sum bids for the Contract Packages as
<br />noted below and required for construction of the Elk River Westbound Liquor Store until 2:00 p.m. local
<br />time on Thursday, February 24, 2005, at the Elk River City Hall, at which time and place all bids will be
<br />publicly opened and read aloud. The expected date of award of Contract is scheduled for March 7,
<br />2005, with commencement of construction to start March 21, 2005.
<br />
<br />This project includes the construction of a new Liquor Store of approximately 10, 262 square feet with
<br />site work for this project on a site of approximately 65,429 square feet (1.5 acres). This project will be
<br />coordinated and constructed as a construction management project.

<br />Prospective bidders and interested subcontractors can obtain complete sets of the Contract Documents
<br />upon receipt of deposit of $50.00 per set by contacting the Construction Manager by Facsimile. The
<br />following information shall be required with the facsimile request: Company name, mailing address,
<br />street address, phone and facsimile numbers and type of bidder. Drawings will be shipped to
<br />prospective bidders upon receipt of check or money order and the facsimile information. Deposit shall be
<br />returned upon receipt by Construction Manager of returned documents.
