Dean of Students <br /> <br />Recommend the School Board approve the Memorandum of Understanding <br />between District #728 School Administrators and Independent School <br />District #728 concerning the position of Dean of Students. <br /> <br />G. Bids <br /> <br />The School Board will be asked to approve construction project bids. Bid <br />information will be presented at the time of the meeting. <br /> <br />VI. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />A. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Recommend the School Board approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting <br />of December 14, 2004, as presented on B-256/311. <br /> <br />Recommend the School Board approve the minutes of the Organizational <br />Meeting of January 3, 2005, as presented on B-312/313. <br /> <br />B. Approval of Check Register <br /> <br />Recommend the School Board approve the check register as presented on the <br />Excel attachment. <br /> <br />e. Personnel <br /> <br />Recommend the School Board approve the resignations, leaves of absence, <br />certified staff appointments, athletic and activity appointments, and <br />classified staff appointments as presented on A-332/336. <br /> <br />D. Staffing Requests <br /> <br />Recommend the School Board approve staffing requests as follows: <br /> <br />1. Early Childhood Special Education Teacher, .5 FTE at Handke Family <br />Center to manage IEP's and deliver services to preschool children with <br />disabilities. Funding is through State #740. <br />2. Basic Skills Math Teacher at Rogers High School, 1.5 hours per day for <br />approximately 8 days, funded by ALe. <br />3. Basic Skills Reading Teacher at Rogers High School, 1.5 hours per day for <br />approximately 8 days, funded by ALC. <br />
