We are Minnesota based so <br /> all our revenue stays in Minnesota. <br /> Over 10,000 home site sales have been planned and developed in ways to provide a positive <br /> home building and neighborhood experience for the customer. Work has been performed in over <br /> 50 different jurisdictions of the greater Twin Cities and St. Cloud area. <br /> CONSULTANTS <br /> Previous plans were prepared by Schoell & Madson, a consulting group acquired by Sambatek. <br /> now with headquarters in Minnetonka. MN. This Phase has final design as follows: <br /> Land Planning - Paxmar& Sambatek <br /> Surveying - Sambatek <br /> Engineering - Sambatek <br /> Stormwater reconciliation - Sambatek <br /> Geotech reports and testing - NTI assigned to Haugo Geotechnical <br /> Parks Planning - Not Applicable <br /> Landscape Architecture - Sambatek <br /> IL INTRODUCTION <br /> A. Request <br /> Paxmar, LL,C, is requesting the approval to plat this phase substantially similar as was <br /> previously approved in the River Park Master Plans. Minor amendments to lot size width <br /> are planned consistent with the single family approvals granted to Miske Meadows and <br /> River Park 3rd Addition.
