that there is some benefit for pedestrian circulation within the development but does not see the overall <br /> Parks and Recreation benefit. <br /> As the applicant does not want to maintain the property, the commission recommended, on February 10, <br /> 2016, to accept the property beneath the power line,with the requirement that a trail be installed by the <br /> applicant. Neither the land under the powerlines nor the trail would count towards park dedication <br /> requirements. Section 30-327 states: <br /> (z) Improvements to dedicated land.
