He has over 16 <br /> Engineering years of engineering experience working with municipal clients. Shane is <br /> University of Minnesota currently the appointed City Engineer for the City of Nowthen and <br /> Township Engineer for Credit River Township and consults to a number of <br /> REGISTRATION cities including Ramsey,St.Michael and Plymouth. <br /> Licensed Professional Engineer EXPERIENCE <br /> State of Minnesota Shane has experience in the design and construction of Municipal State Aid, <br /> residential,and commercial streets;residential and commercial plan review; <br /> ORGANIZATIONS comprehensive storm sewer planning; site and utility design; community <br /> sewage treatment systems; MS4 storm water planning; Wetland <br /> City Engineer Association of Conservation Act administration; and roadway maintenance plans. Shane <br /> Minnesota currently provides a wide range of services to the City of Nowthen and <br /> American Society of Civil Credit River Township. <br /> Engineers PROJECT EXAMPLES <br /> Minnesota Surveyors& <br /> Engineers Society CENTER STREET,CITY OF RAMSEY-The City of Ramsey retained <br /> Hakanson Anderson to prepare the preliminary design, construction plans, <br /> and construction management for Center Street located within The "COR". <br /> The project consisted of design of new street and utilities,including sanitary <br /> sewer, watermain, storm sewer, street furniture, street lighting, and <br /> landscaping. The total cost of this DEED funded project was$500,000. <br /> 2015 MSA STREET AND LOCAL STREET REHABILITATION <br /> PROJECTS, CITY OF ST. MICHAEL - The City of St. Michael <br /> retained Hakanson Anderson to prepare detailed plans and specifications for <br /> the 2015 MSA Street and Local Street Rehabilitation Project which includes <br /> the rehabilitation of several MSA streets, including Jamison Avenue, <br /> Frankfort Parkway, 34th Street,Carissa Lane,and Oakwood Parkway. This <br /> project consisted of milling the surface bituminous layer, installing paving <br /> I h-111 -=-- fabric to add strength and reduce reflective cracking,and constructing a new <br /> bituminous wearing course. Sub-surface drainage was also added in select <br /> locations and numerous storm sewer manholes were rehabilitated. The <br /> overall project costs were $1.3 Million and funding was obtained from State <br /> w,„; ,,,,,,,, Aid and local sources. <br /> _ . WOW- <br /> - SCOTTVIEW ESTATES NEIGHBORHOOD RECONSTRUCTION <br /> �f PROJECT,CREDIT RIVER-Credit River Township retained Hakanson <br /> - Anderson to prepare detailed plans and specifications for the reconstruction <br /> -_ of the streets in Scottview Estates, a large lot rural development. This <br /> project will be completed in 2016 and consists of reclaiming the existing <br /> bituminous, re-building the subgrade, installing new culverts, and re- <br /> ��„ constructing the pavement section. The overall project costs for this project <br /> is $800,000 and special assessments will be levied to the benefitting <br /> properties. <br /> MISSISSIPPI RIVER REGIONAL TRAIL EXPANSION, ANOKA <br /> COUNTY - Anoka County retained Hakanson Anderson to prepare the <br /> detailed design, Project Memorandum, specifications and construction <br /> Hakanson management for this extension of the Mississippi River Trail.
