Jochum, P.E. <br /> EDUCATION SUMMARY <br /> Mr. Jochum,P.E. is the President of the firm with 26 years of experience in <br /> Bachelor Science general municipal engineering,residential and commercial development and <br /> -Civil Engineering water resource and environmental engineering. Craig is currently the <br /> North Dakota State University appointed City Engineer for the City of East Bethel and Township Engineer <br /> for Linwood Township. Craig has been serving the City of East Bethel <br /> REGISTRATION since 1998. <br /> Licensed Professional Engineer EXPERIENCE <br /> State of Minnesota <br /> Craig has extensive experience in general municipal engineering projects <br /> ORGANIZATIONS including the design and construction of municipal state aid and local <br /> streets;residential and commercial plan review;residential and commercial <br /> City Engineer Association of site and utility design, municipal water source and storage design, and <br /> Minnesota comprehensive storm water planning. He has developed City Engineering <br /> Standards Manuals for the Cities of East Bethel and Otsego. Craig has <br /> Minnesota Public Works successfully obtained over $2.4 million in grant money from Mn/DOT for <br /> Association the City of East Bethel through the Cooperative Agreement Program. The <br /> grant money has been used for construction and access <br /> American Council of control/consolidation along Trunk Highway 65. <br /> Engineering Companies Craig has worked with numerous private developers as Project Manager and <br /> Design Engineer. He has assisted with the development of lots in the Cities <br /> Anoka Chamber of Commerce of Andover,Ham Lake and Zimmerman. <br /> Metro North Chamber of PROJECT EXAMPLES <br /> Commerce <br /> STREET RENEWAL PROJECT 1999 TO 2016,CITY OF ANOKA- <br /> The City of Anoka retained Hakanson Anderson to assist the City with its <br /> Street Renewal Program since its inception in 1999. These projects <br /> consisted of reconstruction of streets, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, <br /> r� 7 watermain, sidewalk, lift stations and small utilities within existing <br /> - neighborhoods. <br /> 1 <br /> p F ANOKA RAILROAD QUIET ZONE PROJECT,CITY OF ANOKA- <br /> ;7 The City of Anoka retained Hakanson Anderson to prepare plans and <br /> specification for the Anoka Railroad Quiet Zone Project which consisted of <br /> constructing Supplemental Safety Measures in the form of non- <br /> ___ surmountable medians and also upgraded the trail signage, pavement <br /> `''` r __ markings at the crossings, truncated domes, driveway removal, and <br /> installation of curb and gutter. <br /> EVERGREEN BOULEVARD, 90 STREET AND 93 STREET, <br /> STREET RECONSTRUCTION, RECLAIM AND PAVE, <br /> -; WATERMAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT. CITY OF COON <br /> a - RAPIDS - The City of Coon Rapids retained Hakanson Anderson to <br /> -w prepare construction plans for a reclaim and pave project on Evergreen <br /> Boulevard, 90th Street and 93rd Street. This project also included <br /> watermain replacement. <br /> WEST TRUNK HIGHWAY 65 SERVICE ROAD IMPROVMENTS, <br /> CITY OF EAST BETHEL-The City of East Bethel retained Hakanson <br /> Anderson to design the West Trunk Highway 65 Service Road to meet State <br /> Aid Design requirements. This project included acquiring the necessary <br /> Hakanson right-of-way, installing new storm sewer systems, grading of stormwater <br /> Anderson ponds and the construction of a new street with concrete curb and gutter, <br /> I-illbituminous pavement and Trunk Highway 65 Improvements. <br /> Page I of I <br />
