Any item or condition found that indicates the site is likely to yield information <br /> important to pre-history or history shall be reported to the city immediately. <br /> Further,the city reserves the right to stop work authorized in its approval until <br /> the site is appropriately investigated and work is authorized. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Konietzko and seconded by Commissioner Nicholas to <br /> recommend approval of the request by Franklin Outdoor Advertising for a <br /> Conditional Use Permit to create a digital changeable coy sign that is larger than the <br /> allowed 30 square feet. Case No. CU 16-16,with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Conditional Use Permit shall not be recorded until condition three has been <br /> satisfied, and the use will not be considered a legal operation until the CUP has <br /> been recorded. <br /> 2. The Conditional Use Permit is not a building permit and all required sign <br /> permits must be approved by the building department prior to any construction <br /> activities on site. <br /> 3. Submittal of plans and specifications outlining compliance with the standards set <br /> forth in Sec.30-864 (e). <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> 4.6 Hilton Displays/Starbucks— 19171 Freeport Avenue NW <br /> • Conditional Use Permit to Amend Elk Park Center PUD Agreement <br /> signage, Case No. CU 16-13 <br /> The staff report was presented by BrieAnna Simon. Staff recommended approval of the <br /> request with the conditions listed in the staff report dated May 24,2016. <br /> Chair Johnson asked if Kristin Mroz,the Environmental Technician,has reviewed and <br /> approved this request. Mr. Carlton stated yes. <br /> Chair Johnson opened the public hearing. There being no further public comment,Chair <br /> Johnson closed the public hearing. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Konietzko and seconded by Commissioner Feinstein to <br /> recommend approval of the request by Hilton Displays/Starbucks for a Conditional <br /> Use Permit to amend the Elk Park Center Planned Unit Development Agreement to <br /> allow standard wall signage according to Starbucks'brand, as detailed in the staff <br /> report to the Planning Commission dated May 24,2016. Motion carried 6-0. <br />
