In that conversation, I indicated that Kraus-Anderson had installed the <br />temporary construction fence around the project at the beginning of construction. It was the <br />original intent that the temporary construction fencing would be part of the fencing bid package. <br />As you are aware, the fencing bid package was not contracted at the beginning of the project due <br />to the fact that the design of the fencing had not yet been completed. <br /> <br />Therefore, Kraus-Anderson went ahead with installation of the temporary fencing around the <br />project. The cost that we have incurred for this work is $10,557.
