Bailey Point Nature Preserve <br />1. Adopt a Park sign needs to be separate for each park <br />not on rule sign. <br />2. All dogs must be leashed, clean up after your dog. <br />3. Park Hours: 6:00 a.m.- 10:00 p.m. <br />4. Please help protect our parks. Call 911 if you see any <br />suspicious activity or vandalism. <br />5. To report trail hazards or repairs call 763.635.1 150 <br />6. Fishing is allowed below the Ordinary High Water Level <br />(OHWL) or at the area shown as "Designated RiverAccess" <br />((see map) <br />7. No unauthorized motor vehicles on trails or in park. <br />8. No horseback riding. <br />9. No hunting. <br />10. No camping allowed. <br />11. No camp fires. <br />12. Canoe and Kayak River Access is allowed only at the area <br />shown as"Designated River Access" (see map) <br />13. No organized or team sport activities are allowed. <br />The following information to be present <br />at time of map design U.S.C. <br />City of Elk River logo should be present. <br />The assisted with funding from the State of Minnesota <br />logo sign is required. <br />Include Powered by Nature logo <br />Include website www.ElkRiverMN.gov. <br />Hillside City Park <br />I. Keep weight over rear wheel. <br />7. Use both brakes to prevent skidding of rear wheel. <br />8. To report trail hazards or repairs call 763.635.1 150. <br />9. Trails open to mountain biking, trail running, hiking, and <br />snowshoeing. <br />10. Helmets required for mountain biking. <br />H. Please be courteous of other trail users. <br />12. Hikers -yield to bikers by stepping offtrail. <br />13. Bikers -announce approach to hikers and other bikers. <br />Move off trial to allow faster bikers to pass. <br />14. Ride on designated trails only. <br />15. Easiest - Gentle hills, small obstacles, and loose terrain. <br />16. More Difficult - Steep slopes, large rocks, logs, and bridges <br />17. To report trail hazards or repairs call 763.635.1 150. <br />6. Ski on groomed ski trails only. <br />7. Dogs must stay out of classic tracks and must yield to skiers. <br />8. When snow covered, walking and snowshoeing are not <br />permitted on cross-country ski trails. <br />9. Waling and snowshoeing are allowed on designated <br />"Winter Walking Trails". <br />10. On trail sections used for both skiing and walking, walkers <br />must use the designated trail edge. <br />11. No winter biking allowed. <br />12. No horseback riding allowed. <br />13.
