Request by Guardian Ang;els of Elk River for a Conditional Use Permit for Parking: Lot <br />Expansion Public Hearing:-Case No. CU 04-26 <br /> <br />Planner Chris Leeseberg submitted the staff report. Mr. Leeseberg stated that Guardian <br />Angels is requesting a parking lot expansion to provide more visitor parking. The applicant <br />received approval for additional parking spaces in July 2004 and is now proposing an <br />additional 25 parking spaces. Tbe site exceeds the parking space requirements. The Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of the request. <br /> <br />Mayor Klinzing opened the public hearing <br /> <br />Mark Pederson, Representing Guardian Angels-Stated that after approval of a Conditional <br />Use Permit in July, Guardian Angels re-evaluated their parking situation again and came up <br />with more options for additional parking. He further stated that he is working with Fairview <br />on creating cross access and cross parking agreements. <br />
