Mr. Payne worked <br /> 19 years as a Vice President with Baxter International in sales, marketing, and operations. <br /> This tenure also included wide-ranging experience in the areas of dealer relations, <br /> government controls and regulatory affairs. <br /> Mr. Payne has also held executive positions in several other medical companies and <br /> serves on the board of two public companies.
