• <br /> MiTech Research & Development, Inc. <br /> • Page 6 <br /> Douglas A. Kremer, Vice President Agricultural Division <br /> Mr. Kremer joined MiTech in April 1997. Mr. Kremer is involved in all aspects of the <br /> Agricultural Division. Mr. Kremer attended the University of Minnesota specializing in <br /> cell biology. Mr. Kremer was with Molecular Genetics from 1981 to 1988. While there <br /> he was awarded the Boundary Award for Excellence in Science. He was the only non- <br /> degree individual to be so awarded. Mr. Kremer wrote and was issued a patent on the <br /> formulation and delivery of microorganisms to plants. From 1988 to 1990 Mr. Kremer <br /> was the scientist for BioSeeds International where he was involved in public relations, <br /> strategic planning, and operations of the laboratory and plant growth facility. From 1990 <br /> to 1992, Mr. Kremer opened and operated SymPol, Inc. with seven scientists and <br /> consultants working on various aspects of microbial systems for plans. From 1992 to <br /> 1997 he worked in various consulting capacities and managed the interior landscape crew <br /> for the Mall of America. <br /> Kenneth A. Hibberd, Ph. D., Product Development <br /> Dr. Hibberd joined MiTech's Agricultural Division in August 1997 as the Director of <br /> Product Development and Field Testing. Dr. Hibberd received his Bachelor of Science <br /> degree in Biochemistry from the University of California Riverside, his Mater of Science <br /> • degree in Biochemistry from the University of Minnesota, and his Doctorate in Plant <br /> Physiology from the University of Minnesota in 1979. Dr. Hibberd has spend eighteen <br /> years in various research and product development positions for Monsanto, Molecular <br /> Genetics and Plant Science Research. He has been an inventor on five U.S. patents and <br /> has developed and implemented successful selection strategies for increased resistance to <br /> herbicides in plants. <br /> COMPANY NEEDS: <br /> Personnel: <br /> The Company anticipates that employment during Year 1 will 10 people. Year 2 the <br /> employment will increase to 25 people. The Company intends to start workers at $11.50 <br /> per hour depending on qualifications. <br /> • <br />
