These <br /> are farm, non-farm commercial, and non-farm retail. The company has approached each <br /> of these markets and the product line has been well received. MiTech has several <br /> existing distributors of farm products representing its product line to farmers. This has <br /> been and will remain the company's main focus for the third and fourth quarter of this <br /> year. These distributorships cover territory in Southern Minnesota, Northern Iowa, <br /> Eastern Nebraska, and Wisconsin. The opportunity to aggressively expand the distributor <br /> network is a primary goal for MiTech. <br /> MANAGEMENT: <br /> Robert W. Heller, CEO <br /> Mr. Heller joined the company as a director in June 1996. In September 1996, he <br /> became MiTech's Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. From 1977 to <br /> 1996, Mr. Heller served in various management positions for Advance Circuits, Inc. a <br /> circuit board manufacturer, ultimately becoming its CEO in 1991. Prior to joining <br /> Advance Circuits, Mr. Heller worked as a consultant for Arthus Andersen & Company.. <br /> Mr. Heller received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from North <br /> Dakota State University in 1968 and earned a Master of Science degree in Industrial <br /> Administration from Purdue University's Krannert School of Business in 1970. <br /> Frederick W. Wettergren, CFO <br /> Mr. Wettergren has served as Chief Financial Officer for MiTech since September 1996. <br /> His current duties include directing the accounting function of the company as well as <br /> overseeing all company financial matters. From May 1991 to September 1996, Mr. <br /> Wettergren worked for B.O.K. & Associates, an international investment banking firm, <br /> which focused on the development of agricultural projects in the former Soviet Union. <br /> Bruce W. Livingood, General Manager <br /> Mr. Livingood joined MiTech in December 1996. He has been actively involved in the <br /> acquisition, testing, and formulation of products and technologies for the company in all <br /> of its divisions. From 1992 till joining MiTech, Mr. Livingood has provided <br /> formulation, testing, sales and consulting for Fortune 500 companies as well as privately <br /> held high technology firms. Mr. Livingood was the manager and Vice President of <br /> CEDA from 1981 to 1992. He managed 7 tech centers employing over 200 employees <br /> with revenues in excess of 100 million dollars per year. Prior to starting North American <br /> operations for CEDA Mr. Livingood graduated from the Duncan Research facility where <br /> he specialized in applied chemical technology. <br />
