Mr. Peters is a graduate of Southwest State University, Marshall, Minnesota and has worked within this industry since 1986. Troy J. Novicky, Inspection Manager and Regional Account Manager Mr. Novicky has been product manager of inspections for personal and commercial lines in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota and supervisor of 12 field representatives. He has been responsible for inventory control, customer satisfaction, hiring and training, loss control, departmental budgeting, and collections. Mr. Novicky is a graduate of the Insurance Institute of Marlvern, Pennsylvania, and Normandale Community College of Bloomington, Minnesota.
