Additionally,The Briggs Companies must submit to the city by September 28,2015,the following: <br /> • Complete Zone Change,Site Plan,and Land Use applications. <br /> • Architectural drawings identifying changes necessary for a change of use to an apartment <br /> building. <br /> • Site Plan showing parking,circulation,and building locations. <br /> • Grading/drainage plans and calculations are required for any new impervious surface areas. <br /> The September 28,2015,date is the last date for submission of complete applications to be <br /> considered by the respective commission(s).
