You are an authorized <br /> agent of the company. <br /> • The property is currently occupied by one or more rental tenants;it is no longer being <br /> operated as a hotel. <br /> • The 2011 Conditional Use Permit for the operation of a hotel has expired since the <br /> authorized use of the property(hotel) has ceased. <br /> • There are a number of outstanding fire/life safety violations that have not been abated. <br /> • The Briggs Companies wishes to submit the appropriate applications to change the use from <br /> a hotel to an apartment building. <br /> As agreed upon by all of the parties at Wednesday's meeting,all outstanding fire/life safety <br /> violations must be abated by noon on Friday, September 4,2015.
