6. Will not result in the destruction, loss or damage of a natural, scenic or historic feature of major importance. There is the potential for the destruction,loss or damage of a natural scenic feature. The project is proposed to be constructed within the required bluff setback and Wild and Scenic River districts. Impacts to these areas have not yet been fully evaluated by the DNR, and should be prior to final approval. 7. Will fully comply with all other requirements of this Code, including any applicable requirements and standards for the issuance of a license or permit to establish and operate the proposed use in the city. The project, as proposed, does not meet all requirements of the city code. However, the applicant applied for a PUD which allows flexibility from the strict application of the ordinance. The city is not required to grant all requests for deviation from the ordinance,but can allow changes deemed appropriate after considering potential impacts. Financial Impact Complete financial impacts resulting from the project are still under review,and the final scope will be determined by the City Council.
