• Industrial Land Product Offering <br /> Currently,the City of Elk River offers,via private land owners,industrial land with water <br /> and sewer in West Business Park and East Business Park. There is other land zoned for <br /> industrial use but does not currently have water and sewer. <br /> The following charts depict the park,land ownership,land pricing;total acres available and <br /> total acres developed to date. Please note the various landowners,which causes challenges <br /> in the siting process and in pricing the product. The pricing ranges from $1.50 to $6 per <br /> square foot. <br /> Typically,a city owns the land to ensure market based pricing and more importantly be in <br /> total control of the development process. For example,the City of Big Lake is selling their <br /> industrial land at$1 and the City of Ramsey's industrial land price is from$1.50 to$2.00 per <br /> square foot.
