The meters will <br /> generally be read the first week of the month. <br /> What do I do if my lights go out or if I have some other problem after the service is <br /> transferred to ERMU? <br /> ERMU has a service technician on call at all hours. If you have a problem any time, <br /> please call 763.441.2020. This phone will be answered 24 hours a day,7 days a week,by <br /> a live representative. <br /> A follow-up notification will be sent to you with more specific detail closer to the <br /> transfer date.
