Days off shall be concurrent. If there is a need for days that are not concurrent, those days <br />shall be arranged with your supervisor and approved by human resources or the city <br />administrator. <br />Additional time off for bereavement leave may be granted and charged to vacation leave or <br />compensatory time, if any. <br />Additional bereavement leave may be granted by the City Administrator at his/her discretion <br />for extraordinary situations. <br />ARTICLE XX.
