The identification of the properties over 50 years old <br /> can provide the basis for future Phase I survey work. <br /> Task 3: Report <br /> • A draft report will be submitted to the HPC for review, and will include the following <br /> information. <br /> o Project introduction <br /> o Project objectives and methodology <br /> o Description of project components <br /> o Inventory list of all sites surveyed <br /> o Development of historic contexts identifying significant themes in Elk River <br /> history <br /> The report narrative will be in an 8 1/2" x 11" format, conforming to the Secretary of <br /> Interior Standards and Guidelines for historical contexts. The report will also be <br /> provided in an electronic media on a CD. <br /> Task 4: Coordination <br /> • The Project Manager will be responsible for communicating all cultural resources <br /> issues to the City and the HPC. The Project Manager will keep the City closely <br /> informed about the project status. <br /> • • Two formal presentation meetings with the HPC and the Housing Redevelopment <br /> Authority (HRA) are anticipated (one to present the draft historic context and one to <br /> present the final historic context and identified properties). <br /> • The study can be initiated once a service agreement/notice to proceed is received. <br /> Budget <br /> The Historic Context Study and Resources Survey as described above can be completed <br /> for costs not to exceed $12,000. <br />
