Comparatively, new construction detached <br /> townhomes and twinhomes are priced similar to single-family housing and averaging prices <br /> around $236,000($152 PSF). <br /> • According to recent data provided by Sherburne County, vacant platted lots have decreased <br /> significantly since 2012. Elk River experienced a decline from 253 lots in 2012 down to 117 <br /> lots in 2015.
