Motion unanimously carried by <br />a vote of 4-0. <br />Moved by Councilmember Hudson and seconded by Councilmember Syring approving of the <br />drawing a warrant in the amount of $14,550.00 payable to E.H. Renner & Sons, Inc. <br />on the deep well drilling 1st payment, Motion unanimously carried by a vote of 4-0. <br />Moved by Councilmember Hudson and seconded by Councilmember Burke authorising Joe Zerwas <br />to hire what ever person he felt best suited for the opening for a police officer for a <br />police officer under the CETA program. Motion unanimously carried by a vote of 4-0. <br />Joe Zerwas was also instructed to prepare specifications for a new squad.car and <br />also obtain some estimates on plumbing, heatingand electrical for the proposed new <br />dog pound building for the November 18, 1974 meeting. <br />Moved by Councilmember Syring and seconded by Councilmember Burke approving the paying of <br />the General Government bills for payment as listed. Motion unanimously carried by a vote <br />of 4-0. <br />Mayor Lundberg appointed Councilmember Burkey Syring and himself to the Consolidation <br />Comid.ttee. <br />It was recommended by The Council that Ren Nelson request a demonstration of the Street <br />Sweepers and make his recommendations in writting for the Nov. 16, 1974. <br />Mayor Lundberg called for a Special Meeting for November 6, 1974 at 12:00 otclock noon <br />to meet as Canvassing Hoard for the November General Election results. <br />No further business the meeting adjourned at 12:00 PM. • <br />'er c- ensurer <br />E <br />
