Sharing that the library board had a concern <br /> of the location of art work and the EDA is working with the library board. <br /> Mr. Hecker also shared that there was some new playground equipment installed at <br /> Windsor Park and Orono Park this last week. <br /> Commissioner Niziolek asked if there was a discussion of tree removal and oak wilt, <br /> and that it is critical to when trees can be removed or cannot be removed to not lose <br /> all the trees there. <br /> Mr.Leeseberg stated that he would forward concerns onto the developer. <br /> Commissioner Anderson asked about the installation of park boundary signs? <br /> Mr. Leeseberg asked if the signs can be concreted in to prevent stealing of signs. <br /> • Commissioner Anderson stated it would be a good idea to concrete them in if this is <br /> a problem. <br /> Commissioner Anderson asked for the totals of the 2014 donations of Woodland <br /> Trails Park and Hillside City Park for the May Commission meeting. <br /> 9.
