“We recently completed the construction of our skatepark and the quality of work displayed by your company,
Spohn Ranch, your employees and sub-contractors was outstanding. They showed a high degree of integrity,
responsibility, professionalism and ambition.

From the beginning to the end of the project you were dependable in regards to safety and quality, especially
throughout the build. Your judgment resulted in a design that is not only logical and practical, but so unique
that has left our “kids” speechless. Rumor has it that it's a “big hit” and even with the frigid temperatures it is
still being used in December.

Spohn Ranch has been a staple in the Park and Recreation field for quite some time, you continue to exceed
expectations and your products/services would be an asset to any organization so I am pleased to give you my
wholehearted endorsement. It is with great pleasure that I recommend Spohn Ranch to everyone for design
and construction of a skatepark in their community.”

- Sue Swithin, Director

“It is truly my pleasure to write about our working relationship with Spohn Ranch Skateparks. We became
acquainted with Spohn Ranch eight years ago with construction of our first skate park. The project was an
enormous success for the Township and opened with much fanfare. The success of that project was the
reason we re-engaged with Spohn Ranch three years ago for construction of a much more ambitious plaza
style park in another section of the Township.
During the course of our second project, Jason was instrumental in keeping the project moving through what
at some times appeared to be almost insurmountable hurdles. He spent considerable time and effort working
with our youth advisory group to insure the park met with all their hopes and wishes. Once the conceptual
phase was completed, Spohn worked with our consulting engineering firm to develop plans and specifications.
It was when we got the construction phase that Spohn Ranch became the driving force that kept the project
moving. As we entered the construction stage, financing became a huge issue at one point, the Mayor actually
cancelled the project. However, Spohn Ranch and Jason in particular, kept the project moving and worked
with the Township to develop creative solutions to our problems. We are now in the final stages of the
construction and hope to have the park open before the end of November.
We are already receiving rave reviews from our skateboard contingency about the layout and construction
quality. I can honestly say the project would not have been achieved without the drive of Spohn Ranch.
Therefore, I am happy to recommend Spohn Ranch for the design and construction of any new skate parks.”
- Scott Thompson, Municipal Engineer
MILESTONE PARK SKATEPARK – Sandwich, Illinois
EVERGREEN SKATEPARK – Woodbridge, New Jersey
