<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Task 3.1 Review Design – Spohn Ranch and City staff will review the design development drawings to insure all design <br />criteria have been met and confirm any revisions prior to beginning the construction documents. <br />Task 3.2 80% Construction Documents – Coordinating with the City and our team of A/E sub-consultants, Spohn Ranch <br />will prepare a professional construction document package detailing the complete build out of the skatepark – including <br />all engineering and stormwater management solutions. <br />At the 80% level the construction document package will contain enough detail to convey design intent for all <br />improvements, but some information may be omitted to allow further design refinement. Spohn Ranch will provide <br />digital PDF files of the following sheets (typical, though additional plans/details may be added as necessary to further <br />clarify design intent): <br /> Title Sheet <br /> Erosion & Sediment Control Plan <br /> Demolition Plan <br /> 3D Perspective <br /> Materials Plan <br /> Color Plan <br /> Layout Plan <br /> Steel Plan <br /> Grading & Drainage Plan <br /> Landscaping Plan <br /> Jointing Plan <br /> Sections <br /> Construction Details <br /> Technical Specifications – written specifications in CSI MasterFormat <br /> Minimal Impact Design Standards (MIDS) Report <br />Task 3.3 80% Construction Documents Review – City staff will review the 80% Construction Documents submittal <br />and prepare redline comments.
