His education and engineering experience uniquely <br />qualifies him for the specialized design requirements of ice systems. <br />With his experience in fluid hydraulics, pumping and piping systems, <br />heat transfer, refrigeration, thermodynamics, structures and materi- <br />als, Scott has developed a specialty in designing ice systems. He <br />has been involved in over 150 ice rink projects since 1997, including <br />professional practice facilities, Division 1 college venues, multi -sheet <br />community arenas, and outdoor ice rinks. Scott is integrally involved <br />in each ice rink project. <br />Staley Consulting I Structural Engineer <br />As the lead administrator of a Park and Recreation District for <br />16 years John closely participated in the redevelopment of the <br />district as well as the entire community in the aftermath of a disas- <br />trous flood of 1997 where partnership development became the <br />norm of the community in its resettlement. The district built several <br />projects, all of which required not only strategic partnership devel- <br />opment but a great deal of private fund raising as well. Each of <br />these projects was built without raising local taxes.
