They may be called upon to answer general questions
during the group discussions, but they will not direct the discussion.
3 We are not considering solutions at this time. Please direct your energy to helping us
understand the conditions that exist in Monticello's downtown and riverfront in 1996,
what events have-broug t us to this point, and how we might best revitalize the down-
town and riverfront area to serve the Monticello community.
4 Upon convening your group's discussion, select a discussion leader to guide your
work and a recorder to record and report your group's findings. Record your group's
discussions on the Master Discussion Guide and turn it in at the end of the workshop.
5 This workshop presents an opportunity to receive as many ideas and concerns as pos-
sible. Tonight, there are no wrong answers. To be most elective, everyone must be
allowed to contribute to the discussion.
6 For tonight's workshop, "consensus" shall mean an opinion held by most or all mem-
bers of a group. If three or.more people prevent a consensus from forming in your
group, they may indicate their opinion under the area labeled "minority report." •
 Hoisington Koegler Group Inc.
0 Hoisington Kanpur Group Inc..1996
