The "Rock and Roll" was a GREAT success, now you're invited to attend " Picture s'Montic lloFuture" e • Monticello Community Partners Workshop Come join us for a discussion of the Monticello and Riverfront Area THIS IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY Join us for Workshop One and give MCP (Monticello Community Partners) insight into the values you and the community hold. Describe the qualities that are inherent to the vision you have for Monticello and what it can become. YOUR INPUT IS NEEDED We need to define how all these pieces "fit" the community before we decide on a project to help revitalize Monticello. MCP wants to accomplish a revitalization that will reflect the spirit and character of the Monticello community and we need your input.Your attendance at this June 13th workshop is crucial. Once people begin to see that everyone has a role to play in this decision making, we can continue with other successful workshops to carry out the plan. There is already a high level of interest in the community;we need to capture that enthusiasm and make cer- tain it becomes a central part of this first workshop.We do not expect solutions at this point. Rather, we will rely on workshop participants to provide input about elements of the community that they feel are sig- nificant,and to begin dialog necessary for later exploration and evaluation. MCP and a consultant from Hoisington-Koegler,Inc.will present a summary of the"found" informatio date, creating an equal understanding of the current Monticello area and riverfront situation for all parte - pants.The workshop environment is one of energy,enthusiasm and possibility.Without you,we cannot make it happen.
