GENERAL BENEFITS <br /> This handbook provides a brief description of benefits available to eligible employees. <br /> The descriptions provided here are not intended to be comprehensive and all questions <br /> regarding eligibility and benefit levels should be directed to your supervisor so the specific <br /> plan documents can be reviewed for an answer. The plan documents govern any <br /> inconsistencies between these documents and the information provided here.
