Site number 10, US WEST, is noted on the LUST database (search radius 0.5 mile within the <br /> study area). <br /> 10. US WEST, 440 Jackson St. NW, Elk River - Leak Site #4493. <br /> Liesch discussed this site with Ms. Linda Carroll at the MPCA. Ms. Carroll stated that <br /> . this leak site was closed May 27, 1993. <br /> This site is not expected to cause a recognized environmental condition on the Property. <br /> 3.2 Sherburne County Response <br /> Liesch contacted Mr. Jim Brown of the Sherburne County Zoning Department. Mr. Brown was <br /> not aware of any environmental concerns at the Property. <br /> 3.3 City of Elk River Response <br /> Mr. Steve Rohlf, Elk River Building and Zoning Administrator, stated in a phone interview that <br /> he is unaware of any environmental concerns on the Property. <br /> 3.4 White Dove Realty Response <br /> p nse <br /> Liesch contacted Mark Kleckner at Century 21 White Dove Realty for information on the <br /> Property. Mr. Kleckner provided floor plans for the clinic at 307 King Avenue. Mr. Kleckner <br /> allowed a copy of these documents to be made and the floor plan dated 1971 is included as <br /> Figure 3 in Appendix A. <br /> 3.5 Polk's Business Directories <br /> Liesch reviewed the collection of Polk's Business Directories at the Wilson Library. These <br /> directories list the occupants of addresses from the 1930s through the 1980s and generally cover <br /> urban and suburban areas.
