Transportation Plan, and an update on the Natural Resources Inventory project. Also, as
noted in the worksession agenda memo from last month, I have had a number of requests
from department heads to be put on future worksession agendas. These issues include the
landfill expansion and industrial development-city owned (Brown) property.

Also, as noted in the xvorksession agenda from last month, I need to have a follow up with
the City Council on the organizational structure, a follow up on the three Brimeyer
worksessions, and a follow up on the December 2003 proposed city administrator-City of
Elk River work program.

The worksession agendas are filling up and yet I need to hear from the City Council on items
that they would like to have on their worksession agendas. We may be to the point where
some special worksession should be called for the fourth Mondays of some months or else
some topics may need to be put on a regular City Council agenda versus being on a
worksession agenda.

S: ~Council~Pat\ 2004~Worksessions ~090704Tent~\gda.doc
