Vicki Jensen(DFL-Owatonna) <br /> To modify pipeline oil and hazardous material transportation preparedness and response <br /> regulation requirements. <br /> STATUS: This bill did not receive a committee hearing in the House or Senate. <br /> PROPANE PREPURCAHSE PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS <br /> HF 903 Rep. Paul Anderson(R-Starbuck) <br /> SF 1064 Sen. Lyle Koenen(DFL-Clara City) <br /> To modify the Department of Commerce's propane prepurchase program to allow the purchase <br /> of heating fuel oil. The program would be renamed the "delivered fuels prepurchase program" <br /> and expanded to allow for prepurchase of up to 50 percent of the amount provided through <br /> energy assistance. <br /> STATUS: This bill did not receive a committee hearing in the House or Senate. <br /> UTILITY RAILROAD CROSSING FEES <br /> HF 963 Rep. Rod Hamilton(R-Mountain Lake) <br /> SF 877 Sen. Dan Sparks (DFL-Austin) <br /> To establish a standard$750 crossing fee for utilities crossing railroad right-of-way. <br /> STATUS: SF 877 passed out of committee to the Senate floor.
