The
subject property is zoned Planned Unit Development which requires a CUP for Class I & II Restaurants.
Transportation/Circulation
The project will provide a drive-thru lane that allows for the stacking of 10 vehicles. This will not
interfere with site circulation.
The building addition will be attached to the existing structure on the south side resulting in the loss of
the six parking spaces immediately adjacent to the existing building. This will not adversely affect the
parking on the property.
The proposed building materials will be stone brick/concrete masonry units and Exterior Insulation and
Finish System (EIFS) aggregate finish which will be complimentary to those on the existing facades.
iERE6 ® tt
NATURE
