As a final note, the water system continues to struggle to deliver enough water to the west <br />business park area. This is the reason the booster/pressure reducing station was <br />constructed at Meadowvale Road at the railroad tracks along with upsizing the water <br />mains at 4th and 5th Street in the Rush/Morton area. If a significant water user locates in <br />the west industrial park or the fairground is relocated and this area becomes residential, <br />another peaking well may be required with the water being treated at Treatment Plant #4. <br />We are looking at a small piece of the vacant land east of the City Hall complex for a <br />possible location. <br /> <br /> <br />
