The existing 24 acre farmstead includes a house, a barn and a <br />small shed. The property is bounded on the east by the city railroad trail, on the <br />north by agricultural land and to the south and west by large residential lots. <br />There are three wetlands on the property. One is in the northeast corner, one is <br />in the northwest corner and one is on the west property line. There are also three <br />ponds on the property. Land cover is a mix of field and woods. Most of the north <br />half of the property is wooded and wetland and the southern half is a mix of fields <br />and trees. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
