City En,qineer Update on Projects <br /> <br />City Engineer Terry Maurer updated the Council on the current status of the <br />following projects: ~ <br /> <br />· Signals on County Road 1 at School Street and County Road 77 <br />· No Parking Signage and Crosswalk at East Side of Lowell Avenue on Main <br /> Street <br />· Business Center Drive/Waco Street <br />· Holt/Irving Sewer Main Lining <br />· Highway 169/County Road 33 Signal (temporary) and Interchange <br /> Projects for 2003 <br />· East Elk River Improvement Project <br />· Auburn Street <br />· Pavement Replacement Program <br />· Highway 10/Main Street Intersection <br /> <br />Consideration of Resolution Acceptin.q Bid and Authorizin.q Contract in the <br />Matter of the Western Area Phase IV Improvement of 2000 <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 00-82 ACCEPTING <br />BID AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT IN THE MAI'I'ER OF THE <br />WESTERN AREA PHASE IV IMPROVEMENT OF 2000. COUNCILMEMBER <br />THOMPSON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />Consideration of Resolution Indicatin,q City Support for the Installation of a <br />Temporary Si.qnal at the Intersection of TH 169 and CR 33 <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER THOMPSON MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 00-83 <br />INDICATING CITY SUPPORT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A TEMPORARY <br />SIGNAL SYSTEM AT THE INTERSECTION OF TRUNK HIGHWAY 169 AND <br />COUNTY ROAD 33. COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br />MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />c.
