Councilmember Dietz opposed. <br /> <br />Request by John Bunkers for Conditional Use Permit to Amend PUD for Barrin.qton <br /> <br />Place, Public Hearing Case No. Cu 00-30 <br /> <br />This item was withdrawn at the request of the applicant. <br /> <br />Request by John Bunkers for Conditional Use Permit to Allow Auto Repair, Public <br />Hearing, Case No. CU 00-20 <br /> <br />This item was withdrawn at the request of the applicant. <br /> <br />Request by lSD # 728 for Conditional Use Permit for Interim Use (Park n.q Lot <br />Expansion~, Public Hearin.q - Case No. CU 00-31 <br /> <br />Scott Harlicker indicated that the School District is requesting an interim use <br />permit to continue the use of a temporary parking lot connected to and west of <br />the existing paved parking lot between the Senior High and Vandenberge. This <br />parking area was constructed in the middle of the 1999-2000 school year. Scott <br />indicated that the Planning Commission recommended approval of the request <br />for one year, until June 15, 2001. <br /> <br />Mayor Klinzing opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />Tom Thompson, 12899 217rn Avenue felt the school should be spending its money <br />more wisely by requiring the students to take the bus. <br />There being no one else for or against the matter, Mayor Klinzing closed the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Councilmember Dietz questioned why this request wasn't presented to the <br />council before the beginning of the school year.
