Agenda Item #3a <br /> <br />NORTHSTAR CORRIDOR DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> 2000- <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE COORDINATION OF <br /> COMMUTER RAIL ACTIVITIES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Northstar Corridor Development Authority wishes to enter <br />into an Agreement for the Coordination of Commuter Rail Activities, Agreement <br />No. 80272-R, with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Northstar Corridor Development Authority wishes to study <br />and develop a potential commuter rail corridor in the Northstar Corridor. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Northstar Corridor <br />Development Authority enter into Agreement No. 80272-R with the Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation for the Coordination of Commuter Rail Activities. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chair or Vice Chair of the Northstar <br />Corridor DeveloPment Authority are hereby authorized to execute the <br />aforementioned Agreement. <br /> <br />Betsy Wergin, Chairperson <br /> <br />Dated: <br /> <br /> <br />
