MnDOT Agreement No. 78569 <br /> <br />REVISION 3. In Article III. after "CONSIDERATION AND TERMS OF PAYMENT", insert a new <br />paragraph: <br /> <br />"A. STATE shall pass through to GRANTEE a total amount of funds not to exceed <br />$4,550,000.00, of which 80% will be federal funds and 20% state funds. STATE may spend up to <br />$450,000.00 for management activities of the Northstar Commuter Rail Project under this Grant <br />Contract. Any management funds unspent by STATE will revert to the Northstar Commuter Rail <br />Project". <br /> <br />The remaining language in Article III. of the Original Grant Contract will be labeled paragraph B. <br /> <br />REVISION 4. At the end of Article IV. CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT, insert: <br /> <br /> "In addition, all work performed under this Grant Contract is subject to Minnesota Statutes, Sections <br />174.80 to 174.90 and any agreement entered into thereunder". <br /> <br />Except as amended herein, the terms and conditions of the Original Contract and all previous amendments <br />remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />(This space left blank intentionally.) <br /> <br />Word - Amendment form Rev.
