The plat <br />also includes platting the right-of-way for the realignment of Waco Street and <br />Business Center Drive from it's current terminus at the Sherburne County <br />Government Center to Waco Street. The applicant has petitioned the City for the <br />extension of Business Center Drive and municipal utilities through the property to <br />Waco Street.
