Finally, there are several other positions currently being reviewed that will be <br />brought to the Council for consideration before the end of the year. The <br />Planning Department has received job analysis questionnaires and is in the <br />process of completing them. Also up for review is the Liquor Store Manager <br />position. The Personnel Committee may also review some positions to <br />determine whether these positions should change from non-exempt to exempt <br />due to the nature of their duties. <br /> <br />Action Requested <br />The City Council is asked to approve the position point value and pay grade <br />changes stated above as recommended by the Personal Committee based on <br />revised position profiles developed from job analysis questionnaires completed <br />by the employees in these positions. <br /> <br />s: \personne.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
