THE MOTION <br />CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />Michele McPherson noted that staff is recommending that Parcel 3 be deleted <br />from the zone change and land use amendments. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER FARBER MOVED TO AMEND THE MOTIONS MADE ON MARCH 20, <br />2000, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />AMEND ORDINANCE 00-4 AMENDING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER ZONING MAP <br />TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM BUSINESS PARK TO C3 (HIGHWAY <br />pCOMMERCIAL) <br /> <br />ADOPT ORDINANCE 00-04 AS AMENDED THE CITY OF ELK RIVER ZONING <br />MAP TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM BP(BUSINESS PARK) TO <br />C3(HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL) CASE NO. ZC 00-2 <br /> <br />AMEND RESOLUTION 00-17 AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO <br />CHANGE THE LAND USE FROM LI(LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) AND CC(COMMUNITY <br />COMMERCIAL) AND TO HB(HIGHWAY BUSINESS), CASE NO. LU 00-2 <br /> <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION 00-17 AS AMENDED THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO <br />CHANGE THE LAND USE FROM LI(LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) AND CC(COMMUNITY <br />COMMERCIAL) TO HB(HIGHWAY BUSINESS) CASE NO. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />The original motions pertaining to the ordinance amendment and land use <br />amendment were approved as amended 4-0. <br /> <br />6.12. Request by Hoyt Partners LLP for Preliminary Plat (Elk Path Business Park), Public <br /> Hearing Case No. P 00-10 <br /> <br />Senior Planner Scott Harlicker indicated that Hoyt Partners is requesting a <br />preliminary plat of Elk Path Business Center located at the southeast corner of the <br />intersection of Waco Street and Highway 10. Scott explained that Hoyt Partners is <br />proposing to plat 127 acres into one lot and six outlots. Scott Harlicker reviewed <br />the staff report. <br /> <br />Mayor Klinzing opened the public hearing. There being no one for or against the <br />mah~er, Mayor Klinzing closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER MOTIN MOVED TO APPROVE THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR ELK <br />PATH BUSINESS PARK WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />ALL COMMENTS OF THE CITY ENGINEER BE ADDRESSED. <br /> <br />PARK DEDICATION FEES IN THE AMOUNT REQUIRED BY THE lCTM AT THE TIME <br />OF A FINAL PLAT BE PAID ON LOT 1, BLOCK 1, PRIOR TO RELEASING THE PLAT <br />FOR RECORDING. PARK DEDICATION REQUIREMENTS ON THE OUTLOTS ARE <br />DUE WHEN THEY ARE PLAI'rED. <br /> <br /> <br />
