This comment relates to the hiring of an assistant cit7 administrator and to <br />the making of further adjustments in our organizational structure as vacancies occur in <br />current positions. <br /> <br />The City Council and city staff need to embrace the organizational changes that ultimately <br />get adopted. The city has grown and changed over the past 20 years while the organizational <br />structure has not. The city needs to reposition itself for the future.
