Moved by Councilmember Westgaard and seconded by Councilmember Wagner to continue this public hearing to February 1, 2016. Motion carried 5- 0. 8.1 Rename Big Tooth Ridge Park to Woodland Trails Park Mayor Dietz expressed gratitude to city staff for their work with the concerts and noted he has heard a lot of positive comments. Mr. Benoit presented the staff report. Moved by Councilmember Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Burandt to renamc Big Tooth Ridge Park to Woodland Trails Park. Motion carried 5- 0. 8.2 Discuss Work Session Items Mr. Portner presented the staff report. Councilinember Westgaard questioned when the worksession meeting for reviewing city plans would be held, Mr. Portner noted this meeting has been delayed to September due to summer schedules. He also stated he would be scheduling a joint meeting with the City of Ramsey to discuss mutual items of interest. 9 Council Liaison Updates Council provided updates for the various boards.
