Since platting of the lot will be as <br /> an outlot,no building or development can occur on Oulot C until the parcel is pre- <br /> platted as a buildable lot and public access be defined as well. <br /> We appreciate your cooperation in processing our request, and look forward to approval <br /> of the final plat as proposed.
